The Wonderful Wizard of Oz
by L. Frank Baum159 pages · English
In a nutshell
A cyclone carries Dorothy from Kansas to the land of Oz, where she sets out toward the Emerald City in hopes of finding a way home. Along the road she gains companions who believe they lack something essential: a brain, a heart, and courage. Their encounters and journey to the Wizard form a children’s fantasy about friendship, resourcefulness, and self-understanding.
